INTEGRITY - DISCIPLINE - RESPECT - COMMITMENT - HUMILITY

empowering the next generation of female athletes

At MMFA, we believe that every girl deserves the chance to lead, compete and thrive. We aren't just teaching drills, we're building the confidence, resilience and community that young athletes can carry with them for life.

By mastering new skills on the pitch, our players realise their own potential, proving to themselves that they are capable of overcoming any challenge.

This isn't just about winning matches, it's about ensuring every girl leaves the pitch standing taller, speaking louder and believe she belongs in any arena she chooses to enter.

Below are some achievements of our female teams and players MMFA have been proud to train and coach:

Kayla

MMFA proudly wishes Kayla all the very best on her selection for the U15s Macarthur Rams FC in the Sydney league for the 2026 season.

Since 2022, Kayla has been dedicated to her development through our Mental Toughness and Striker programs committing to extra training outside her football club. Even through the hardest times, she picked herself up and continued to fight for her goals - securing a place in the Emerging Matildas. This is only the beginning and we can't wait to see what the future holds for Kayla.

Phoebe

MMFA proudly congratulates Phoebe on her selection with the CommBank Junior Matildas who are now preparing for the upcoming AFC U17 Women's Asia Cup China 2026 qualifiers.

Since 2022, Phoebe has dedicated to herself to extra training outside her club football - beginning with Jimmy and Santos in our Mental Toughness sessions where she built resilience and developed strong character to overcome challenges in football. These sessions have helped her embrace the values of persistence, belief and courage - in the hardest of times.

Phoebe is a remarkable person and she has made her MMFA family proud.
